Advances in medicine have made a lot of new techniques available in ophthalmology. For a variety of reasons these new methods of treatment are not available in every ophthalmic clinic.

To make sure we can achieve these goals we regularly attend training courses, audit our internal procedures and invite our patients to provide feedback, to tell us what they would like, make suggestions and criticize where criticism is due – a tried and tested quality assurance method.

We also seek suggestions from outside sources. For instance, we have been thoroughly inspected and awarded a certificate of clinical hygiene by an independent certification authority. We aim to build on this to obtain further certifications.
